Ab wann ist ein Toner zu tauschen?

Die meisten Hersteller von Tonerkartuschen liefern eine Software, die Ihnen die restliche Füllmenge bzw. den Status der Tonerkartusche anzeigen. Die meisten Toner besitzen auch einen Chip der die aktuellen Daten an den Drucker weiterleiten und dieser in weiterverfolge den Status der Kartusche anzeigt.

Wie tausche ich einen Toner?

In der Regel ist das Tauschen von Tonern relativ einfach. Toner werden gewechselt, indem man bei eingeschaltetem Drucker die vordere Abdeckung öffnet, die leere Kartusche (oft samt Trommeleinheit) herausnimmt und die neue nach dem Entfernen der Schutzverpackung einsetzt. Neue Toner vor dem Einsetzen leicht schwenken, um das Pulver zu verteilen. Ein Klicken signalisiert das korrekte Einrasten.

Welcher Toner gehört in welchen Drucker?
